You trust Ramsey Solutions with financial advice and direction because they have a proven track record of success and consistency. Ramsey doesn’t believe in quick and easy wins. Financial Freedom takes hard work, dedication and a commitment to always do things the right way. We share these exact ideals and that is why we became an authorized Ramsey SmartVestor Partner. Are you ready to fight for your financial freedom?
We are one of a select few SmartVestor advisors that holds a CFP® License (Certified Financial Planner), and we are also a licensed CKA® (Certified Kingdom Advisor) which provides an even greater level of accountability and responsibility.
Our lead advisor and one of our founders, Randy Sanada, Jr., has been working in the financial services space for over 25 years. He has seen and personally managed every imaginable scenario so you can have confidence you are in good hands.
Before you make any final decisions on working with us or what to do with your hard earned money and investments, everything will be clearly laid out and explained in full detail ensuring there is no surprises or misunderstandings.
Being qualified is important. You don’t even want someone cooking your food at the local burger joint if they aren’t qualified to do so. How much more important it is then, to be properly qualified to handle other people’s finances? Most Ramsey SmartVestor advisors are Investment Advisor Representatives (IAR) meaning they passed the minimum requirements in order to offer financial services and advice. Is the minimum enough?
CFP® (Certified Financial Planner)
Randy Sanada, Jr is a CFP or Certified Financial Planner. We of course feel the CFP license is extremely important, but don’t take our word for it. This is an excerpt from Investopedia about the importance of the CFP license.
With more than 100 certifications available to financial professionals, the CFP designation stands out. One of the most notable requirements of the CFP is the fiduciary—or trustworthiness—aspect. This mandates that every CFP has to put their clients’ needs ahead of their own.
This is what Forbes thinks about CFPs.
CFPs must undergo years of training—4,000 to 6,000 hours in total—before they are eligible to place the letters CFP after their name. They’re also obligated to continue their education even after receiving certification. Unlike some financial advisors, all CFPs are held to a strict standard of fiduciary duty, meaning they must put your financial best interests ahead of their own. Practically speaking, this means they are barred from buying a financial product for a client simply because it pays them a high commission.
“A CFP professional’s fiduciary duty may be higher than what’s required by regulation, and—as defined by CFP Board—this includes a duty of loyalty, a duty of care and duty to follow client instructions,” says Jack Brod, CFP, board chair of the CFP Board.food
Like we said earlier, you can offer financial services and advice without a CFP license. You as the investor however, have the option to work with the advisor of your choice, so the question really is…why would you choose anything else?
CKA® (Certified Kingdom Advisor)
So you have probably heard of a CFP, but most likely not a CKA. You are probably asking yourself what is a CKA and why does it matter? Well, a CKA or Certified Kingdom Advisor, is a license given out by an organization called Kingdom Advisors. The CKA is given to only highly experienced and licensed Christian financial professionals that have been extensively trained in biblical investing principles. As a CKA, we are dedicated to holding ourselves to an even higher ethical standard than what is required with the traditional financial licenses. We believe all we have belongs to God and we are just stewards or managers of what He has given to us. This belief ensures we will always operate with Gods standards in mind.
